Solution

A simple wall-mounted screen and wireless presentation system. 42 buttons enabling wireless presentations in each of the 40 meeting rooms and 2 for the chamber.

Result

The wireless connection lets the Council simultaneously display two sources on the conference screen; connect up to 16 devices, including laptops, tablets, and smartphones, while prioritising security.
