Anglian Water is a large utility serving the Midlands and East coast of England, with a prestigious call centre in Lincoln. British Energy has the UK’s only large pressurised water reactor (PWR), which has 500 staff and supplies 3% of the UK’s electricity needs.
Carillion recommended solutions to help British Energy with its critical training needs. The audio visual solution enables the organisation to display different messages on numerous screens within an operational management centre and call centre. Information on display highlights operational risks as well as customer satisfaction levels.
The ease with which new messages can be distributed to specified screens is a major benefit of the AV system. Critical information is now clearly visible to large numbers of people in the centre working 24/7 shift patterns, which enables faster, smoother handovers at shift changes.
